Ananda was very attentive and conducted herself very professionally while alse being more personal than some brokers I've worked with in the past (specifiically Chinowth and Cohen as a whole, but even other realtors working for the same organization in Pryor, OK). I have had realtors in the past suggest they would refuse to make an offer I presented with the implication they were losing commisions. Ananda always made me feel as if the purchasing experience I recieved was the main priority. We toured homes in multiple price ranges and conditions without her ever pushing for a higher priced property. I appreciate her time and dedication to helping me find the property I was looking for rather than pressuring me to pursue anything specific. If and when I decide to sell this property I will be contacting Ananda for both the selling and buying processes.

Amanda was incredible to work with period she paid attention to detail. Helped us through rough spots. Did everything except hold our hand. I have always paid cash for everything. This is my first purchase with a lender and a broker, and she mediated between us beautifully period it made my first time experience. It's incredibly incredibly easy. And she even went an extra mile. As we are still in Texas and some of our utilities to be turned on. Have to have somebody there at the house. And she volunteered to be there to have. Our gas turned on that is above and beyond the Call of Duty right there. I would recommend her over everyone

Mrs. Scaggs provided me with a great deal of guidance, so i never felt that I was alone in my first home purchase process. She took the fear out of the process and was happy to explain details about the contracts. I don't know how she does it. I would not recommend anyone buy a house without having an Agent of her knowledge level. It was a bonus having Mrs. Scaggs in terms of her knowledge of the general area. She provided excellent tour videos too, as I was buying "site unseen".

I was sincerely impressed with Mrs. Scaggs' ability to assist me on so many professional levels, to include explaining details of the contracts. Interestingly, I never felt pressured by Mrs. Scaggs, She was easy to contact, very responsive, and always provided the answers I needed for my questions. She never gave me a response like, "gee, I don't know". I feel that I really got lucky to have been paired up with her. I wouldn't buy another house without her.

Mrs. Scaggs made the home buying process easy to navigate, easy to understand, and even made it quite enjoyable, which I did not expect at the onset of the process. She provided me with plenty of available houses to view and consider, and she really zeroed in on my interests. The operative term here is "my" interests. I really appreciate the work she put into helping me. I felt overwhelmingly supported by Mrs. Scaggs.
